Whether you require a basic parts and labour contract or a complete collect/return/replacement service The Radio Company can support your needs. Communications equipment down-time is of critical importance to business continuity, therefore response times are a key focus for The Radio Company.

We can also deliver a maintenance service for existing equipment whether sourced from The Radio Company or otherwise. An Annual maintenance contract delivers peace of mind at a very competitive price.

In addition to our own comprehensive, in-house out of warranty repair facilities, we can extend this to Motorola's Service from the Start program of support packages to further protect your Motorola MOTOTRBO digital radios against normal wear & tear and accidental damage repair costs for a period of either 3 or 5 years from date of purchase. Each package comprises expert repair and technician support, designated turnaround times and access to the latest software updates.

Service from the Start programs provide multiple years of repair coverage at a known one-time cost, with protection that begins from the date of purchase. Your product is covered for repair above and beyond standard warranty. Select the Bronze program for 3-day in-house turnaround time or the Gold program for next-business day advance replacement. For eligible products, both programs are available as Service from the Start with Comprehensive Coverage.

Benefits include priority telephone response time, enhanced wear-and-tear service coverage and application of engineering changes that is not available for warranty or non-contract repair.
